MGM has recently been awarded a further £1.7 million worth of works for NTW Solutions, taking the total contract value to over £3 million at Northgate Hospital, Morpeth.
The refurbishment work is across four separate buildings, of which two are patient areas, and two are primarily office and administration areas. The patient areas are primarily rehabilitation and learning environments for Mental Health patients. The work has been complex in its nature and has provided the team with many challenges and opportunities to learn. Thankfully, the team have always found the best route to delivery which has led to the additional works being awarded.
