In February 2023 MGM Construction transformed a Grade II Listed out building into on the North Boundary wall into two WC’s which included an accessible WC. This project was awarded to MGM on the back of the successful ongoing works on The Curtilage Walls scheme we were involved with.

Site Challenges

The project wasn’t without its difficulties. With such a tight and small space to work in we collaborated closely with the client and architect to aid in the design of the layout of both WC’s as well as the plumbing. Other works included IPS Panel installation, below and above ground drainage, masonry work, joinery and decoration, electrical work, and roofing. However, we were successful nonetheless and completed the project both within time and budget.
