Working alongside Gateshead Council and Bensham Grove Community Centre we carried out a full repoint to this Grade II Listed building and its boundary walls. The Grove has provided the community adult education opportunities since the 1920’s. Other works included roof repairs and timber repairs  including decoration to the dormer windows.

Site Challenges

MGM had to complete the works within a 7-week period as the manager of The Grove’s wedding was to be held there. We completed within time and budget and the wedding went ahead without any disruptions.
