About MGM Construction

MGM was founded in 1986 and incorporated in 1992, originally as MGM Preservation Ltd.  It shortened its name to MGM Ltd in 1999 to reflect its developing expertise and reputation in a wider range of specialist construction services and has grown steadily to become one of the leading specialist property refurbishment companies in Northern England.

In February 2007 MGM Ltd became part of the Northern Bear Plc group of companies.

MGM has successfully worked on projects of all sizes and descriptions, from small private dwellings to large commercial and public properties, many of which have been historic listed buildings.

Our skills not only embrace refurbishment and fit out, but also new build constructions.

All our projects are overseen by a contracts manager or director, meaning you receive senior level input from day one and access to those who have the authority to make quick and timely decisions to ensure your project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
