Phil has over 40 years experience in construction, from time served apprentice to Managing Directorships. His ability to build strong, effective teams and business infrastructure, to deliver high quality projects and solutions, has led to a solid reputation in the industry.

In his relatively short spell with MGM, Phil has steered the business out of covid into new directions whilst maintaining the successful heritage and quality, for which MGM is known. With strong backing and investment from the board of Northern Bear PLC, he has been able to implement changes to make MGM capable of delivering higher value and more complex projects, whist maintaining high standards and value, exceeding the expectations of our clients.
